Block Paving Cleaning

Block paving cleaning and sealing is a 4 stage process -

Stage 1: We will treat the block paving with fungicidal wash to get kill off of any fungal spores and algae on the surface of the paving.

Stage 2: The block paved area is then jet washed cleaned to clear the surface of weeds, algae and dirt that may have accumulated over time. Oil or grease stains are treated and washed off at this stage.

Stage 3: Kiln dried sand is brushed into the joints to stop any lateral movement.

Stage 4: Block paving sealers are then sprayed* onto the pavers. This will ensure it is well protected from staining and surface growth.

*We use Smartseal block paving sealers in a two coat application to ensure every individual block and sand covered joint is saturated for the best protection.
